In August 2025, our company delivered a 35kV/10000kVA transformer integrated test set to Hongguang Electric Group Co., Ltd., which passed the acceptance inspection and was put into normal operation. The 35kV/10000kVA transformer integrated test set consists of a transformer intelligent test system, an intelligent DC resistance & turn ratio test system, an oil chromatography analyzer, an oil micro-water tester , and an oil dielectric loss tester,which can complete DC resistance test,turn ratio test, no-load test, load test, induced test, TEMP-rise test, and oil test for the power transformer with 35kV voltage and below, 10000kVA capacity and below. The transformer intelligent test system adopts an one-body design, with a compact structure and small footprint.Easy to operate, only need to connect the power supply line of the power cabinet and the test line of the sample to conduct the test.Dual control, which can be operated on the control end of the test cabinet, or remotely controlled through a laptop computer.
In July 2025, our company delivered the 35kV dry transformer test station to Ningbo Aoneng Electric Co., Ltd., which passed the acceptance inspection and was put into normal operation.The test station consists of automatic test line(3 sets),TEMP-rise test system(2 sets),and DC resistance & trun ratio test system(3 sets),which can complete DC resistance,turn ratio, insulation resistance, no-load, load, power frequency, induced,harmonic, and TEMP-rise testing for the dry transformer with 35kV, 25000kVA and below. Each automatic test line adopts a 2-position design and can detect up to 30-45 units/day.
In June 2025, our company delivered a 35kV/10000kVA transformer integrate test system to Zhejiang Tianrun Electric Co., Ltd., which passed the acceptance inspection and was put into normal operation.

In December 2023, our company delivered a automatic test line for 10kV/1000kVA oil-immersed transformer to Chint Electric Co.,Ltd. which passed the acceptance inspection and was put into normal operation.The automatic test line for 10kV/1000kVA oil-immersed transformer adopts a 4-station design, and each station is highly intelligent, requiring only manual wiring once to complete DC resistance, turn ratio, no-load, load, induced voltage withstand, power frequency voltage withstand, and insulation resistance testing through the control table.
