II. Assembly & debugging area

The assembly and debugging area is located in the core area of the factory production workshop, closely connected to the raw material storage area, processing area, and finished product inspection area.

The area adopts a straight layout to reduce material handling distance and improve operational efficiency. Undertake the key links from assembly to functional verification of the product, and ensure that the product performance meets the standards before entering the packaging process. Covering an area of approximately 1300 square meters, it adopts a modular zoning design, including pre-commissioning area, main commissioning area, data recording area, etc.

III. R & D area

The R&D area is an innovation hub that integrates product development, process optimization, and technical validation, directly serving the upgrading of production line technology and product iteration. Covering an area of approximately 200 square meters.Its core feature lies in the "R&D production" loop, which shortens the distance from laboratory to mass production of innovative achievements through rapid prototyping, small-scale trial production, and process validation. The core team includes process engineers, equipment engineers, and data engineers, with both technical depth and production experience, and collaborates with universities to introduce cutting-edge technologies.

IV. Material warehouse area

The material warehouse area is used for classified storage of raw materials (such as metal sheets, electronic components), semi-finished products (such as assembled parts), and finished products, covering an area of approximately 500 square meters. Through manual planning, "one item, one location" is achieved to avoid confusion. Adopting a drive in shelving system to store bulk materials, electric forklifts can directly enter and access the shelves, saving channel space. The intelligent warehousing system integrates inventory management, order processing, and data analysis functions, supporting real-time inventory queries and alerts.

V. Packaging and shipping area

The packaging and shipping area is the endpoint of the warehouse logistics chain. We strictly follow export standards, tailor equipment packaging, and pass relevant testing equipment to ensure packaging integrity, accuracy, and compliance. We efficiently package and ship finished products.
