ORI(2F) Insulation resistance tester
I. Product introduction
The insulation resistance tester, also known as a megohmmeter, high-voltage megohmmeter, or high-voltage insulation resistance tester, is specifically designed for conducting insulation resistance tests in laboratory or field environments. This instrument features a large LCD screen with gray-backlit display, data storage, and data retrieval functions. It also automatically calculates the absorption ratio and polarization index, and automatically stores measurement data for 15 seconds, 30 seconds, 1 minute, or 10 minutes. With its high resolution, user-friendly operation, portability, accuracy, reliability, stable performance, and strong anti-interference capability, this device is an essential tool widely used in telecommunications, power utilities, meteorological services, data centers, oilfield operations, mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance projects, as well as in industrial enterprises that utilize electricity as industrial power or energy source.
This device is suitable for measuring the resistance values of various insulating materials as well as the insulation resistance of transformers, motors, cables, and electrical equipment. The digital insulation resistance meter is constructed using medium-and large-scale integrated circuits and incorporates a high-precision microcurrent measurement system, a digital step-up voltage conversion system, and an automatic discharge circuit. Measurement can be performed simply by connecting the device under test with a high-voltage lead and a signal lead. The measurement process is automatic; the results are displayed on a large screen and stored automatically. The rated output test voltage range is 100 V–2500 V; the insulation resistance measurement range is 0.01 MΩ–2.50 TΩ. The DC voltage measurement range is 0 V–1000 V DC; the AC voltage measurement range is 0 V–750 V AC.
