I. Product introduction 

The instrument is integrated, with one slot and two holes. It consists of a refrigeration cycle system consisting of an imported fully enclosed compressor, a temperature control system and an automatic 60 second timing system. The cold tank adopts the patented technology of alcohol-free compressor cold trap, which combines the advantages of compressor refrigeration and semiconductor, and overcomes the disadvantages of both. Because the bathtub of the instrument does not need alcohol and cooling water, the operation cost of the instrument is lower, the cooling speed is faster, the service life is longer, the temperature control accuracy is higher, and the actual use is more convenient and safe.

III. Technical parameters

● Check the power switch of the instrument and put it in the open position.

● Connect the power plug wires properly, and pay attention to the need for good grounding wires in the power socket to ensure safety.

● According to the requirements of the test standards, about 70 ml of anhydrous alcohol was injected into the two test air of the cold tank, and attention should be paid not to inject too much or too little to ensure the normal use of the instrument.

● Turn on the power switch. At this time, the temperature control meter shows the temperature of the cold tank.

● According to the requirements of the test, the temperature of the cold trap is set according to the operation instructions of the temperature-control meter. (The operation instructions of temperature-control meter are in the appendix).

● When the instrument runs for about 5 minutes, the temperature of the bath begins to decrease gradually. When the temperature of the bath reaches the initial constant temperature control point, it will fluctuate up and down in the set temperature, and the secondary fluctuation will gradually decrease, reaching the constant temperature in about 10 minutes.

● Refer to GB/T510 method for the test procedure of solidification point.

● When the cold trap is inclined to 45 degrees, the cold trap can be turned to 45 degrees by hand. Conversely, the process of restoring to 90 degrees can be operated in the same way.

● The digital display time relay will automatically start timing after the cold tank tilts 45 degrees. When the cold trap returns to 90 degrees, the signal sound will stop and the time will return to 0.

IV. Warranty period & after-sale service

● The warranty period for the products supplied by the supplier is 12 months from the date of product acceptance or 15 months from the date of the last piece of equipment arrival, whichever comes first. Within the warranty period, the supplier shall provide free services to the purchaser; After the warranty period, the supplier will only charge a cost fee for the expenses incurred in repairing the equipment.
