ORSI-D Short-circuit Impedance Tester
I. Product introduction
The low-voltage short-circuit impedance test is the most direct method for determining whether a transformer's windings have been deformed as a result of exposure to short-circuit current during operation, or as a result of mechanical impact during transportation or installation. This test is of significant importance for determining whether a transformer is suitable for commissioning into service and serves as one of the criteria for deciding whether a transformer requires disassembly inspection.
The ORSI-D Short-Circuit Impedance Tester is a next-generation short-circuit impedance testing instrument recently developed by our company, designed for measuring the low-voltage short-circuit impedance of transformers rated at 35 kV or higher, whether under field or laboratory conditions.
II. Features
● With a single wiring connection, the device can automatically perform both three-phase and single-phase measurements and display the results directly;
● The test power supply can be configured as either an internal or external power source:
● The use of high-speed A/D synchronous sampling technology ensures the accuracy and repeatability of the calculated transformer impedance test parameters;
● Equipped with a 320×240 large LCD display featuring Chinese menu prompts for user-friendly operation;
