I. Product introduction

In power systems, factories, mines and enterprises, there are a large number of oil - filled electrical equipment. The acid value of insulating oil is a necessary routine inspection item. The automatic insulating oil acid value tester of our company is improved on the basis of the original series of automatic insulating oil acid value testers, and has the following characteristics:

a) It can test transformer oil, and can also be used for the determination of acid values of turbine oil and other applicable insulating oils.

b) The series of testers adopt a touch - type display screen, which greatly facilitates your use.

c) This type of tester can test 3 cups of oil samples at a time, and the testing speed is greatly improved, saving 80% of the time.

II. Features

● The automatic insulating oil acid value tester adopts the principle of neutralization method. Controlled by a microcomputer, it automatically completes liquid addition, rapid titration, stirring, photoelectric detection for judging the titration end point at room temperature, displays the measurement results on a large-screen LCD, and can output them via a printer. Each oil sample measurement takes about 2 minutes, and the latest 100 test results are automatically saved for you to read or print at any time. 

● Special reagent bottles are used to contain the extraction liquid and neutralization liquid. The reagents do not come into contact with air during use, avoiding the influence of solvent volatilization and carbon dioxide in the air. Users do not need to touch the reagents at all, reducing the harm of organic solvents and chemicals to the human body. 

● The instrument is simple to operate, with a large-screen color LCD displaying full Chinese menus for selection, screen prompts, and sound alarms. Users only need to click the function they want to select on the screen, and the instrument can automatically complete the entire process of acid value determination. 

● It has a calibration function, allowing safe use of neutralization liquid that has been stored for a long time. 

● It has the function of automatically finding the cup position. 

● The unique droplet detection technology makes the measurement more accurate.

IV. Warranty period & after-sale service

● The warranty period for the products supplied by the supplier is 12 months from the date of product acceptance or 15 months from the date of the last piece of equipment arrival, whichever comes first. Within the warranty period, the supplier shall provide free services to the purchaser; After the warranty period, the supplier will only charge a cost fee for the expenses incurred in repairing the equipment.
