I. Product introduction

The fully automatic oil acid value analyzer is a high-precision, fully digital industrial instrument meticulously developed by our company's research and technical personnel in accordance with relevant national standards, leveraging our technical expertise and through prolonged, dedicated efforts. This instrument features simple operation and an aesthetically pleasing design. It employs fully automated digital microcomputer control, utilizing the acid-base neutralization reaction—a fundamental principle of chemical analysis—as its core framework, complemented by proprietary background blank subtraction and titration endpoint determination algorithms; consequently, both the precision and accuracy of its measurements are highly satisfactory.

The determination of the acid value of transformer and steam turbine oil is a routine inspection item for oil-filled electrical equipment in power systems as well as in industrial and mining enterprises. The fully automatic oil acid value analyzer is a specialized instrument developed by our company for this purpose. Featuring a single-chip microprocessor at its core, this instrument integrates multidisciplinary technologies—including optical, mechanical, electrical, and chemical technologies—to essentially replace manual operations. This approach not only enhances operational efficiency but also reduces the physical workload for operators, while minimizing the health hazards posed by organic solvents and other chemical agents to human health.

The fully automatic oleic acid value analyzer operates on the neutralization principle. Under ambient temperature conditions, a microcomputer controls the automatic processes of sample loading, stirring, titration, and endpoint determination. A touch-screen LCD allows users to select all operational parameters; its human-machine interface is concise and user-friendly, ensuring easy operation. The average analysis cycle for oil samples is approximately 2 minutes. The analyzer can display up to 35 sets of measurement results and print multiple parameters related to the analysis.

Specialized reagent bottles are used to contain the extraction solution and the neutralization solution. The extraction solution is stored in glass containers to ensure the absence of plastic additive contaminants. The neutralization solution is stored in polyethylene plastic bottles, thereby completely eliminating the possibility of a reaction between potassium hydroxide and glass. Additionally, we have independently developed a gas-solid purification device for the neutralization solution, which completely prevents the effects of carbon dioxide and water vapor on the concentration of the neutralization solution, and further prevents accidents in which highly concentrated potassium hydroxide or sodium hydroxide purification solutions are mistakenly used as titration standard solutions. During operation, users do not need to handle the organic solvents manually, thereby reducing the potential hazards posed by chemical substances to human health.

Depending on user requirements, the fully automatic oil acid value analyzer can analyze 1–6 samples.

● The warranty period for the products supplied by the supplier is 12 months from the date of product acceptance or 15 months from the date of the last piece of equipment arrival, whichever comes first. Within the warranty period, the supplier shall provide free services to the purchaser; After the warranty period, the supplier will only charge a cost fee for the expenses incurred in repairing the equipment.
