I. Product introduction

ORW (1D) winding deformation tester measures the characteristic parameters of the transformer's internal windings and uses the internal fault frequency response analysis (FRA) method currently being developed and improved in developed countries around the world to make accurate judgments on transformer internal faults.


II. Features

● Adopting high-speed, highly integrated microprocessor, through high-speed dual-channel 16-bit A/D sampling, the waveform changes can be clearly reflected.

● Equipped with USB communication interface, wireless WIFI communication interface or wireless Bluetooth communication interface can also be added.

● The hardware movement adopts DDS dedicated digital high-speed frequency sweeping technology, with linear frequency sweeping and segmented frequency sweeping dual measurement system functions, which can accurately diagnose winding distortion, bulging, displacement, tilt, turn-to-turn short circuit deformation and phase-to-phase contact short circuit and other faults.

● The signal output amplitude can be adjusted by the software system, with a maximum amplitude peak of ±10V.

● The software system can automatically analyze the test results and generate Word electronic documents for saving and printing.

● The horizontal axis frequency of the amplitude-frequency characteristic curve has two types of linear and logarithmic divisions. You can choose to print linear division curves or logarithmic division curves according to actual needs.
